TECNO PLAST Industrietechnik GmbH is your reliable partner for single-use systems, PTFE tubing, and silicone tubing.

For several decades, the single-use systems distributed by TECNO PLAST have been used in particular in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.

TECNO PLAST supplies customers in the D-A-CH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and was founded in 1973.

In the context of single-use systems, TECNO PLAST can supply plugged (conventional design) or, on request, molded SUS (seamless, vulcanized design). Both designs can be combined with various connections, couplings, filters, filling needles, or bags depending on the customer's process requirements. Lifting systems for glass and plastic bottles in the form of silicone stoppers are also part of TECNO PLAST's standard product range. The products described and the assembly of the systems are manufactured and packaged under conditions that comply with ISO 14644 Class 7. This is done in accordance with strict quality standards in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN 14001.

TECNO PLAST has set itself the goal of relieving its customers as much as possible by taking care of the development and assembly of single-use systems. At TECNO PLAST, single-use systems are manufactured individually according to customer requirements. In the single-use sector, TECNO PLAST offers a wide range of services: from consulting to technical drawings, cleanroom manufacturing, gamma sterilization, numerous tests, document management, and much more. Silicone plugs/stoppers for your single-use system By combining high-purity, platinum-cured APST (NI 201) silicone tubing and/or APSGP (NI 205) silicone pump tubing, simple and complex single-use systems can be configured in combination with silicone plugs. The silicone plugs/stoppers are manufactured and packaged at TENCO PLAST using liquid silicone (NI 206) under clean room conditions in accordance with ISO 14644 Class 7. T-FIT® Clean for reducing cleanroom maintenance costs “T-FIT® Clean” is the space-saving, clean, and low-maintenance alternative solution made of PVDF for pipe insulation in your cleanroom. T-FIT® is manufactured from Zotefoams®ZOTEK F42HTLS® closed-cell PVDF, which was originally developed for strict aviation standards. The product is a pipe insulation material that has been tested, approved, and validated according to FM4910 “Clean Room Materials Protocol.”

T-FIT® CLEAN Product Highlights

T-FIT® CLEAN products are manufactured and supplied in accordance with EN 14304-201-3. They are FDA and cGMP compliant and meet FM4910 accreditation standards. T-FIT CLEAN® are easy to install and simple to clean. They are resistant to most acids and alkalis/chemicals and cover a wide temperature range (-80° to +165°). Furthermore, T-FIT CLEAN® are flame retardant.

2D and 3D bag systems from TECNO PLAST

Whether for research and development (R&D) or large-scale production, TECNO PLAST offers you customized single-use systems, including 2D or 3-bags and sterile filters from MDI Membrane Technologies.

TECNO PLAST's long-standing partner MDI Advanced Microdevices Pty. Ltd. produces a wide range of gamma-sterilizable and autoclavable 2D and 3D bags in its validated clean rooms, which are made of a multi-layer polyethylene film (ULDPE/LLDPE/EVOH). This structure guarantees you exceptional process reliability.

AdvantaPassTM Cleanroom Pass-Through System – sterile liquid transfer from room to room The AdvantaPassTM system is a practical, safe, and easy way to transfer large quantities of liquids from one cleanroom to another without the risk of product loss. The use of disposable components eliminates the need for cleaning validation. This saves costs and working time and avoids potential sources of error.
